nipi Group Leoben
Main activities:
Our research activities cover both application related research (realization,
investigation and modeling of novel IR detector concepts based on doping
superlattices) and basic research (realization, investigation and modeling
of electronic systems in the intermediate regime between 2-dimensional
and 3-dimensional physics, quantum Hall effect, metal-to-insulator transition,
quantuminterference effects on macroscopic length scales, quantum transport)
